Delivery Expectations 

Please allow up to 3 working days for your delivery to arrive. Live foods are sent directly from our supplier and can take up to 5 working days to arrive.

We’re working closely with our courier, DPD, to ensure all orders are delivered as quickly as possible.

The usual restrictions to delivery addresses outside of standard delivery areas still apply and we ask customers to allow up to 7 working days for these orders to arrive.

DPD PickUp shops are now closed so you will no longer be able to request your order for collection from a PickUp shop.

 

Operations

We’re pleased to say that in the midst of the current COVID-19 pandemic our incredible team have pulled out all the stops to make sure Ivel Valley Bird Food can continue to operate as normal as possible.

We have put stringent measures in place to keep our team safe which include:

  • New rotas to ensure team members are as isolated as possible
  • Team working from home where possible
  • Extra hand sanitisers and hand wash around site
  • Where team members do have to work together, enough space is provided so they can be 2m apart at all times
  • Additional gloves provided around site

 

Placing Orders

Please try and place your order on our website if possible as this will help alleviate some of the pressure on our already reduced office team.

We are processing an extremely high number of orders at the moment and we’re sure you can appreciate the strain this is putting on our office and warehouse.

The best way to contact us regarding your order or with a general enquiry is to email support@ivelvalley.co.uk

Our phone lines are extremely busy at the moment so emailing us with as much information about your enquiry as possible will give us the greatest chance to help you efficiently.

Our office hours at 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. We are not open over the weekend.

Please note that DPD phone lines are also very busy at the moment and we may not always be able to get in touch with them immediately to check on the status of your delivery.

You are able to check the status of orders yourself by calling 0121 275 0500 and having your consignment and/or parcel number to hand.

 

We will, of course, update you if any of this information changes in the coming days and weeks.
